States Parties shall take all necessary steps to strengthen international cooperation by multilateral, regional and bilateral arrangements for the prevention, detection, investigation, prosecution and punishment of those responsible for acts involving the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism.
1 - تتخذ الدول الأطراف كل الخطوات اللازمة لتقوية التعاون الدولي عن طريق الترتيبات الثنائية والمتعددة الأطراف والإقليمية لمنع وكشف وتحري ومقاضاة ومعاقبة الجهات المسؤولة عن أفعال تنطوي على بيع الأطفال واستغلالهم في البغاء وفي المواد الإباحية والسياحة الجنسية.

(36) The Committee, in order to strengthen the framework for prosecution and punishment of those responsible for acts involving the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism, recommends that the State party establish its jurisdiction in all cases listed under article 4.

(44) The Committee also encourages the State party to promote the strengthening of international cooperation in order to address the root causes, such as poverty, underdevelopment and weak institutional capacity, contributing to the vulnerability of children to the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism.
44) وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف أيضا على تعزيز التعاون الدولي بغية معالجة الأسباب الجذرية، كالفقر والتخلف وضعف القدرة المؤسسية، التي تسهم في تعريض الأطفال لمخاطر بيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية وفي السياحة الجنسية.

(42) The Committee encourages the State party to continue its cooperation with United Nations specialized agencies and programmes and civil society organizations and through bilateral arrangements to strengthen institutions working with children and to address the root causes, such as poverty and underdevelopment, contributing to the vulnerability of children to the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism.

1. For the purposes of this protocol, States Parties shall define, in their legislation, sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and [child sex tourism], in accordance with the objectives [of articles 34 and 35] of the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the present protocol.

19- وشجعت لجنة حقوق الطفل بلجيكا على أن تواصل جهودها الرامية إلى تعزيز التعاون الدولي لمنع الأفعال التي تنطوي على بيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية والسياحة الجنسية التي تستهدف الأطفال والمعاقبة على تلك الأفعال(33).

In this respect, the Committee encourages the State party to continue and strengthen international cooperation in order to address the root causes contributing to the vulnerability of children to the sale of children, child prostitution, child pornography and child sex tourism.
وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف بهذا الخصوص على مواصلة وتعزيز التعاون الدولي بغية التصدي للأسباب الجذرية التي تسهم في شدة تعرض الأطفال للبيع والاستغلال في البغاء وفي المواد الإباحية وفي السياحة الجنسية.
