34. Article 34 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child obliges States parties to protect children from all forms of sexual exploitation and sexual abuse:
٣٤ - وتلزم المادة ٣٤ من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل الدول اﻷطراف بحماية اﻷطفال من جميع أشكال الاستغلال الجنسي والاعتداء الجنسي حيث تنص على ما يلي:

Articles 34 and 35 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child provide, inter alia, for the protection of children from all forms of sexual exploitation, abuse, abduction, sale or trafficking, and require the States parties to take all appropriate national, bilateral and multilateral measures for the prevention of such human rights violations.
وتنص المادتان ٣٤ و ٣٥ من اتفاقية حقوق الطفل، في جملة أمور، على حماية اﻷطفال من جميع أشكال الاستغلال الجنسي والانتهاك الجنسي، ومنع اختطافهم أو بيعهم أو الاتجار بهم، وتطلب إلى الدول اﻷطراف أن تتخذ جميع التدابير الملائمة الوطنية والثنائية والمتعددة اﻷطراف لمنع هذه الانتهاكات لحقوق اﻹنسان.
