Ukraine has consistently upheld the need to conclude a comprehensive convention on nuclear weapons to prohibit their possession, development, production, acquisition, testing, stockpiling, transfer, use or threat of use and to provide for their destruction.

(أ) التعجيل ببدء مفاوضات في مؤتمر نزع السلاح بهدف الإسراع بإبرام اتفاقية شاملة تتعلق بالأسلحة النووية لحظر امتلاكها واستحداثها وإنتاجها وحيازتها وتجريبها وتكديسها ونقلها واستخدامها أو التهديد باستخدامها، وتنص على تدميرها؛

It also calls for the full implementation of resolution 68/32, in particular its call for the urgent commencement of negotiations in the Conference on Disarmament for the early conclusion of a comprehensive convention on nuclear weapons to prohibit their possession, development, production, acquisition, testing, stockpiling, transfer, use or threat of use and to provide for their destruction.
