The present addendum to the report of the Secretary-General on the Observance of the International Day for the Right to the Truth concerning Gross Human Rights Violations and for the Dignity of Victims includes information provided by Argentina and Guatemala regarding activities carried out and events organized in their respective countries in connection with the commemoration of the International Day.
تتضمن هذه الإضافة لتقرير الأمين العام عن الاحتفال باليوم الدولي للحق في معرفة الحقيقة فيما يتعلق بالانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان ولاحترام كرامة الضحايا، معلومات مقدمة من الأرجنتين وغواتيمالا تتعلق بالأنشطة التي نفِّذت والمناسبات التي نظِّمت في البلدين بمناسبة الاحتفال باليوم الدولي.

It includes information received from Argentina and Guatemala in response to the note verbale sent to Member States requesting them to provide relevant information on any activities carried out and events organized in connection with the commemoration of the International Day for the Right to the Truth concerning Gross Human Rights Violations and for the Dignity of Victims.

The present report is submitted pursuant to General Assembly resolution 65/196, in which the Assembly, inter alia, proclaimed 24 March the International Day for the Right to the Truth concerning Gross Human Rights Violations and for the Dignity of Victims.
