Reference is made to the national report submitted to the International Labour Organization in 1999 concerning the implementation of International Labour Convention No. 81 concerning Labour Inspection in industry and commerce.

41. In 2004, the Government sent a report to the International Labour Organization (ILO), providing information concerning measures adopted to implement the provisions of ILO Convention No. 81 concerning Labour Inspection.

In this regard, the Committee also recommends that the State party ratify ILO Conventions No. 174 (1993) concerning the Prevention of Major Industrial Accidents and No. 81 (1947) concerning Labour Inspection in Industry and Commerce.

ونخص بالذكر منها: الاتفاقية رقم 131 بشأن " تحديد الحد الأدنى للأجور " ، 1970، والاتفاقية رقم 111 بشأن " التفرقة العنصرية في العمالة والمهن " ، 1958، والاتفاقية رقم 81 بشأن " تفتيش العمل " ،1947، والاتفاقية رقم 87 بشأن " الحرية النقابية وحماية الحق في التنظيم النقابي " ، 1948.

In this connection, the Committee recommends that the State party consider ratifying the ILO Convention No. 81 concerning Labour Inspection in Industry and Commerce.
وتوصي اللجنة في هذا الصدد بأن تنظر الدولة الطرف في التصديق على اتفاقية منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 81 المتعلقة بتفتيش العمل في الصناعة والتجارة.
