At its 660th meeting, the Committee decided to invite, at the request of the Inter-Islamic Network on Space Sciences and Technology (ISNET), the observer for that organization to attend its fifty-sixth session and to address it, as appropriate, on the understanding that it would be without prejudice to further requests of that nature and that it would not involve any decision of the Committee concerning status.
13- وقرَّرت اللجنة، في جلستها الـ660، أن تدعو المراقب عن الشبكة الإسلامية المشتركة لعلوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء، بناءً على طلبها، لحضور دورتها السادسة والخمسين والإدلاء بكلمة أمامها، حسب الاقتضاء، شريطة عدم المساس بطلبات أخرى من هذا القبيل وعدم الحاجة إلى أيِّ قرار من اللجنة بشأن الوضعية.

This is, of course, without prejudice to further requests of this nature and does not involve any decision by the Committee concerning status.

١٥- وفي الجلسة 675، قرَّرت اللجنة أن تدعو المراقب عن الرابطة الأفريقية لاستشعار البيئة عن بُعْد، بناءً على طلب تلك المنظمة، إلى حضور دورتها السابعة والخمسين وإلقاء كلمة أمامها، حسب الاقتضاء، على ألاَّ يكون في ذلك مساس بطلبات أخرى من هذا القبيل وألاَّ ينطوي على أيِّ قرار منها بشأن وضعية تلك المنظمة.

concerning status under national laws, while one regional treaty provides that the activities of military and civil defence assets " will be under the legislation of the Assisting Party regulating the status of such personnel " , a bilateral treaty provides that " where the emergency teams include military personnel, such personnel shall for the duration of the operation remain subject to the national legislation governing their status " .
أما فيما يتعلق بالمركز بموجب القوانين الوطنية، فإنه إذا كانت إحدى المعاهدات الإقليمية تنص على أن أنشطة الأصول العسكرية وأصول الحماية المدنية ' ' ستكون خاضعة لتشريع الطرف المقدم للمساعدة الذي ينظم مركز أولئك الأفراد``()، فإن إحدى المعاهدات الثنائية تنص على أنه ' ' عندما تتضمن أفرقة الطوارئ أفرادا عسكريين، فإن هؤلاء الأفراد يظلون خاضعين طيلة مدة العملية للتشريع الوطني الذي يحكم مركزهم``().
