If the Contractor subsequently within such 10-year period enters into a contract for exploitation in respect of any part of the exploration area, such data and information relating to such area shall remain confidential.

(a) the Contractor obtains a contract for exploitation in the exploration area which enters into force before the expiration of such period of fifteen years; or
(أ) يحصل المتعاقد على عقد استكشاف في قطاع الاستكشاف يبدأ سريانه قبل انقضاء مدة الخمسة عشر عاما المذكورة؛ أو

(a) The Contractor obtains a contract for exploitation in the exploration area which enters into force before the expiration of such period of fifteen years; or
(أ) إذا حصل المتعاقد على عقد استغلال في قطاع الاستكشاف يبدأ سريانه قبل انقضاء مدة الخمسة عشر عاما المذكورة؛ أو

If the Contractor subsequently within such ten-year period enters into a contract for exploitation in respect of any part of the exploration area, such data and information relating to such area shall remain confidential in accordance with the terms of the contract for exploitation.
وإذا أبرم المتعاقد فيما بعد عقدا للاستغلال يتعلق بأي جزء من قطاع الاستكشاف، في غضون فترة السنوات العشر تظل البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بذلك القطاع سرية وفقا لشروط عقد الاستكشاف.

3.3 Notwithstanding the expiration of this contract in accordance with section 3.1 hereof, if the Contractor has, at least ninety days prior to the date of expiration, applied for a contract for exploitation, the Contractor's rights and obligations under this contract shall continue until such time as the application has been considered and a contract for exploitation has been issued or refused.
٣-٣ بالرغم من انتهاء هذا العقد وفقا للبند ٣-١ منه، فإذا طلب المتعاقد عقد استكشاف، قبل تسعين يوما على اﻷقل من تاريخ انتهاء العقد، فإن حقوق المتعاقد والتزاماته بموجب هذا العقد تستمر إلى أن ينظر في الطلب ويتم إصدار عقد الاستكشاف أو رفضه.

3.3 Notwithstanding the expiration of this contract in accordance with section 3.1 hereof, if the Contractor has, at least 90 days prior to the date of expiration, applied for a contract for exploitation, the Contractor's rights and obligations under this contract shall continue until such time as the application has been considered and a contract for exploitation has been issued or refused.
3-3 بالرغم من انتهاء هذا العقد وفقا للبند 3-1 منه، فإذا طلب المتعاقد عقد استكشاف، قبل 90 يوما على الأقل من تاريخ انتهاء العقد، فإن حقوق المتعاقد والتزاماته بموجب هذا العقد تستمر إلى أن ينظر في الطلب ويتم إصدار عقد الاستكشاف أو رفضه.
