Notice to the designated representative of the prospector, applicant or contractor shall constitute effective notice to the prospector, applicant or Contractor for all purposes under these Regulations, and the designated representative shall be the agent of the prospector, applicant or Contractor for the service of process or notification in any proceeding of any court or tribunal having jurisdiction.
