The Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Public Officials in International Business Transactions, adopted within the framework of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) on 21 November 1997, deals with some of the most pressing problems created by corrupt practices in international commercial transactions.
٩١- وتتصدى اتفاقية مكافحة الرشوة بين الموظفين العموميين اﻷجانب في المعاملات التجارية الدولية، والتي اعتمدت في إطار منظمة التعاون والتنمية في الميدان الاقتصادي في ١٢ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٧٩٩١، لبعض من أكثر المشاكل الحاحا والتي نتجت عن ممارسات الفساد في المعاملات التجارية الدولية.
