In accordance with article 2 of the Convention, and taking into account the Committee's general recommendations No. 28 (2010) on the core obligations of States parties under article 2 of the Convention and No. 19 (1992) on violence against women as well as the concluding observations of the Committee against Torture (CAT/C/MUS/CO/ para. 16), the Committee urges the State party to:
