9 - يقصد بتعبير " الضبط " فرض حظر مؤقت على نقل الممتلكات أو تبديلها أو التصرف فيها أو تحريكها، أو إخضاعها للحراسة أو السيطرة المؤقتة، بناء على أمر صادر عن محكمة أو سلطة مختصة أخرى.

(i) " Confiscation " , which includes forfeiture where applicable, shall mean the permanent deprivation of property by order of a court or other competent authority [competent court] [including delivery, as appropriate];

5- يجوز نشرُ قرار التحكيم علناً بموافقة كلِّ الأطراف أو متى كان أحدُ الأطراف مُلزَماً قانونا بأن يُفصِح عن ذلك القرار من أجل حماية حقٍّ قانوني أو المطالبة به أو في سياق إجراءاتٍ قانونية أمام محكمة أو هيئة مختصة أخرى.
