In the context of the offences covered by this Convention, this would seem to be true only of organizations.
وفي سياق الجرائم التي تشملها هذه الاتفاقية لا يصدق هذا إلا على المنظمات.

(a) Proceeds derived from offences covered by this Convention or property the value of which corresponds to that of such proceeds;

Any body or agency, whether national or international, governmental or nongovernmental, that is qualified in matters covered by this Convention and has informed the Secretariat of its wish to be represented at a meeting of the Conference of the Parties as an observer may be admitted unless at least one third of the Parties present object.
ويجوز قبول أي هيئة أو وكالة، سواء كانت وطنية أو دولية أو حكومية أو غير حكومية ذات اختصاص في المسائل التي تشملها الاتفاقية وأبلغت الأمانة برغبتها في أن تكون ممثلة في اجتماع لمؤتمر الأطراف، بصفة مراقب، ما لم يعترض الثلث على الأقل من الأطراف الحاضرة.

1. Each State Party shall, to the extent necessary, initiate, develop or improve a specific training programme for its law enforcement personnel, including prosecutors, investigating magistrates and customs personnel, and other personnel charged with the prevention and control of the offences covered by this Convention.
١ - على كل دولة طرف أن تعمد ، بالقدر الضروري ، الى إنشاء أو تطوير أو تحسين برنامج تدريب محدد للعاملين في انفاذ القانون فيها ، بما فيهم المدعون وقضاة التحقيق وموظفو الجمارك وغيرهم من العاملين المكلفين بمنع ومراقبة الجرائم الواردة في هذه الاتفاقية .

(a) Immunity from prosecution may be granted to a person who provides substantial cooperation with law enforcement authorities in the investigation and prosecution of an offence established in article(s) ___ [alternatively: of an offence covered by this Convention]; or
