It was suggested that any amendment to the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules be made effective as from the date of coming into effect of the transparency rules, as a number of treaties concluded since 2010 have included a reference to the 2010 UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, and the Parties to such treaties did not necessarily intend to include rules on transparency.

3. With regard to paragraph 10 under the same " Remarks " section, El Salvador considers that the date of coming into effect of the rules on transparency should be the date of their adoption by the Commission.
