14. 18- وينبغي للحكومات والمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان ومجموعات الأقليات ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والآليات الإقليمية والدولية لحقوق الإنسان أن تتخذ مبادرات تكفل إدراك الأقليات لحقوقها بالصيغة الواردة في الإعلان وفي غيره من معايير وصكوك حقوق الإنسان وأن تتعاون على تحقيق هذه الغاية.

15. Governments, national human rights institutions, minority groups, civil society organizations and regional and international human rights mechanisms should take initiatives to ensure that minorities are aware of their rights as enshrined in the Declaration and in other human rights standards and instruments, and collaborate to that end.
15- وينبغي للحكومات وللمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان ومجموعات الأقليات ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والآليات الإقليمية والدولية لحقوق الإنسان أن تتخذ مبادرات تكفل إدراك الأقليات لحقوقها بالصيغة الواردة في الإعلان وفي غيره من معايير وصكوك حقوق الإنسان وأن تتعاون على تحقيق هذه الغاية.

The training was aimed to create an awareness on the rights of women which are provided mainly in the Convention and Declaration and in national legislations particularly of the Constitution, the revised Family Code, the criminal code, pension law, laws related with women employees and nationality law.

With Law No. 141 of 21 November 1990 " Framework Law on the protection of rights and social integration of disabled people " , San Marino, implementing the fundamental principles enshrined in the Declaration and in international conventions to which the Republic is part, has introduced some policies to guarantee and protect human dignity and the rights to freedom and autonomy of disabled people.
