1. Follow-up measures to the Declaration on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance.

I. FOLLOW—UP MEASURES TO THE Declaration on the Protection of All PERSONS FROM ENFORCED DISAPPEARANCE
أولاً- التدابير التي يتعين اتخاذها لمتابعة اﻹعلان المتعلق بحماية جميع اﻷشخاص من الاختفاء القسري

States should take effective measures to implement the principles of the Declaration on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance, and to that end take action at the national and regional levels and in cooperation with the United Nations.

ثالثاً- التدابير الواجب اتخاذها لتأمين متابعة اﻹعلان المتعلق بحماية جميع اﻷشخاص ضد حالات الاختفاء القسري

Recalling also its resolution 47/133 of 18 December 1992 proclaiming the Declaration on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance as a body of principles for all States,
وإذ تشير أيضا إلى قرارها ٤٧/١٣٣ المؤرخ ١٨ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٢ الذي أصدرت به اﻹعلان المتعلق بحماية جميع اﻷشخاص من الاختفاء القسري بوصفه مجموعة من المبادئ التي يتعين تطبيقها من جانب جميع الدول،

83. During the period under review, the Working Group received information from non-governmental organizations concerning the non-compliance by the Government of Algeria with provisions of the Declaration on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance.
٣٨- وتلقى الفريق العامل خلال الفترة المستعرضة معلومات من منظمات غير حكومية عن عدم امتثال الحكومة الجزائرية ﻷحكام اﻹعلان المتعلق بحماية جميع اﻷشخاص من الاختفاء القسري.

206. During the period under review, the Working Group received allegations of the non-compliance by the Government of India with provisions of the Declaration on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance.
