The high-level segment of the Conference session will open on 12 November with the morning, afternoon and evening of that day devoted to statements by ministers and other heads of delegation of Parties.
وسيفتتح الجزء الرفيع المستوى من دورة المؤتمر في ٢١ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر حيث سيتم تخصيص صباح وبعد ظهر ومساء ذلك اليوم للاستماع إلى بيانات يدلي بها الوزراء وغيرهم من رؤساء وفود اﻷطراف.

Statements by ministers and other heads of delegation of Parties will be made during the morning, afternoon and evening of Thursday, 12 November.
وسيدلي الوزراء وغيرهم من رؤساء وفود اﻷطراف ببيانات خلال فترات صباح وبعد ظهر ومساء يوم الخميس الموافق ٢١ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر.

In view of the number of Parties and the time available for statements, it will be necessary to limit the duration of each statement by ministers and other heads of delegation of Parties.

At the 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th plenary meetings, on 17, 18 and 19 July, statements were made under this item by 99 ministers and other heads of delegation of Parties.

At the 6th, 7th and 8th plenary meetings, on 5 and 6 April, statements were made by 85 ministers and other heads of delegation of Parties and by 11 ministers representing Observer States.
٧٢١- وفي الجلسات العامة السادسة والسابعة والثامنة المعقودة في ٥ و٦ نيسان/أبريل، أدلى ببيانات ٥٨ متحدثا من الوزراء وسائر رؤساء وفود اﻷطراف و١١ وزيرا يمثلون دولا مشاركة بصفة مراقب.

Item 5 of the provisional agenda is intended to respond to this provision and to be the main focus of statements by ministers and other heads of delegation of Parties during the ministerial segment.
٦٦- والقصد من البند ٥ من جدول اﻷعمال المؤقت هو الاستجابة لهذا الحكم وأن يكون هذا البند النقطة التي تركّز عليها بيانات الوزراء وغيرهم من رؤساء وفود الدول اﻷطراف خلال الجزء الوزاري.

Ministers and other heads of delegation of Parties will have the opportunity to address COP 2, under agenda item 5, at the plenary meetings on Wednesday morning, 17 July, and on Thursday, 18 July, in the morning, afternoon and evening, if necessary.
٧٥- ستتاح للوزراء ولغيرهم من رؤساء وفود الدول اﻷطراف الفرصة ﻹلقاء بيان أمام الدورة الثانية لمؤتمر اﻷطراف في إطار البند ٥ خلال الجلسات العامة التي ستُعقد صباح اﻷربعاء ٧١ تموز/يوليه ويوم الخميس ٨١ تموز/يوليه صباحاً وبعد الظهر، ومساء عند الضرورة.
