They further welcomed the call in the Delhi Ministerial Declaration for the provision of financial resources and transfer of technology to developing countries through concrete projects and capacity building.
ورحّبوا أيضا بالدعوة التي وجهها إعلان دلهي الوزاري من أجل إتاحة موارد مالية ونقل التكنولوجيا إلى البلدان النامية بتوخي مشاريع ملموسة وبناء القدرات.

He also recalled the priorities accorded in the Delhi Ministerial Declaration on Climate Change and Sustainable Development to a number of key issues, including adaptation, the implementation of existing commitments under the Convention, early ratification of the Kyoto Protocol, and the need for governments to promote technological advances and technology transfer.
كما أشار إلى ما أولي في إعلان دلهي الوزاري بشأن تغير المناخ والتنمية المستدامة من أولويات لعدد من القضايا الأساسية، بما فيها التكيف، وتنفيذ الالتزامات القائمة بموجب الاتفاقية، والتصديق المبكر على بروتوكول كيوتو، وضرورة أن تعمل الحكومات على النهوض بأوجه التقدم التكنولوجي ونقل التكنولوجيا.

The Delhi Ministerial Declaration on Climate Change and Sustainable Development emphasized the need for effective and results-based adaptation measures, and for capacity-building to facilitate the integration of adaptation concerns into sustainable development strategies.
وقد شدد إعلان دلهي الوزاري بشأن تغير المناخ والتنمية المستدامة على ضرورة اتخاذ تدابير تكيف فعالة وقائمة على تحقيق النتائج، وعلى بناء القدرات لتيسير إدماج شواغل التكيف في استراتيجيات التنمية المستدامة.

The SBSTA requested the secretariat to develop the agenda for the workshop on adaptation, taking into account the Delhi Ministerial Declaration on Climate Change and Sustainable Development (decision 1/CP.8). REPORT ON THE SESSION
وطلبت الهيئة الفرعية من الأمانة أن تضع جدول أعمال حلقة العمل الخاصة بالتكيف، آخذة في اعتبارها إعلان دلهي الوزاري بشأن تغير المناخ والتنمية المستدامة (المقرر1/م أ-8)(27).

Recalling also the Delhi Ministerial Declaration on Climate Change and Sustainable Development, adopted by the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change at its eighth session, held at New Delhi from 23 October to 1 November 2002,

12. The outcome of the eighth session had consisted of two main components: a number of decisions to advance implementation of the Kyoto Protocol and the Convention, and the Delhi Ministerial Declaration on Climate Change and Sustainable Development, which built on the outcome of the World Summit on Sustainable Development.
