In connection with that statement by the representative of the Secretary-General, the three Depositary Governments find it necessary to make the following points.

In July the Depositary Governments were given the instruments of accession of Belarus to the Treaty.

6. This Treaty shall be registered by the Depositary Governments pursuant to Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations.

This Treaty, of which the Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish texts are equally authentic, shall be deposited in the archives of the Depositary Governments.
حُرِّرت هذه المعاهدة بخمس لغات رسمية متساوية الحجية هي الإسبانية والإنكليزية والروسية والصينية والفرنسية، وتودع في محفوظات الحكومات الوديعة.

6. This Agreement shall be registered by the Depositary Governments pursuant to Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations.
6- تقوم الحكومات الوديعة بتسجيل هذا الاتفاق وفقا للمادة 102 من ميثاق الأمم المتحدة.

Any State Party to the Agreement may give notice of its withdrawal from the Agreement one year after its entry into force by written notification to the Depositary Governments. Such withdrawal shall take effect one year from the date of receipt of this notification.
يجوز لكل دولة من الدول الأطراف في الاتفاق، بعد سنة من بدء نفاذه، إنهاء نيتها في الانسحاب منه بإعلان كتابي ترسله إلى الحكومات الوديعة ويسري الانسحاب بعد سنة من ورود هذا الإعلان.

6. This Convention shall be registered by the Depositary Governments pursuant to Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations.
