All parties to the Treaty demanded the full implementation of the resolution on the Middle East, in particular the depository States who bore full responsibility for maintaining peace and security in the Middle East and preserving the credibility of the NonProliferation Treaty.

16. Therefore, the States parties to the NPT, in particular the three depository States, must exercise their responsibilities by exerting their utmost efforts to achieve the full implementation of the resolution and to assist the 2010 Review Conference and its Preparatory Committee in identifying practical steps that assure the full implementation of the resolution and fulfil its objectives.
16 - وبناء على ذلك، فلا بد للدول الأطراف في المعاهدة، لا سيما الدول الوديعة الثلاث، أن تتحمل مسؤولياتها ببذل قصارى جهدها من أجل تحقيق التطبيق الكامل للقرار ومساعدة مؤتمر استعراض المعاهدة لعام 2010 ولجانه التحضيرية على تحديد الخطوات العملية التي تكفل التطبيق الكامل لهذا القرار وتحقق أهدافه.

6. The Syrian Arab Republic stresses that the Security Council and, in particular, the depository States of the Treaty, which adopted the Resolution on the Middle East at the 1995 Review and Extension Conference of the Parties to the Treaty, should shoulder their responsibility by placing pressure on Israel in order to make the Middle East a nuclear-weapon-free zone.
6 - والتأكيد على ضرورة أن يعمل مجلس الأمن على تحمل المسؤولية الملقاة على عاتقه، وبخاصة الدول الوديعة لمعاهدة عدم الانتشار التي تبنت قرار الشرق الأوسط الصادر عن مؤتمر مراجعة وتمديد معاهدة عدم الانتشار لعام 1995، الملزمة بالضغط على إسرائيل من أجل تحقيق جعل الشرق الأوسط منطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية.

(ii) The Non Proliferation Treaty entered into force two years after its conclusion, after the ratification by the depository States (USA, UK and Soviet Union) plus 40 other States (names of the latter were not specified; option c, mixed solution);
`2` معاهدة عدم الانتشار التي بدأ نفاذها بعد إبرامها بعامين وتصديق الدول الوديعة عليها (الاتحاد السوفياتي والمملكة المتحدة والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية) زائد 40 دولة أخرى (لم تحدد أسماء هذه الدول: الخيار ج، الحل المختلط)؛

(a) In the event that a State Party makes known its intention to withdraw from the Treaty under the provisions of article X, paragraph 1, request depository States to begin immediately a consultation process of interested parties to explore ways and means to address the issues raised by the notification of intent, taking also into account the state of compliance of the notifying party with its safeguards undertakings as assessed by IAEA.
(أ) في حالة ما إذا أبلغت دولة طرف عن اعتزامها الانسحاب من المعاهدة بموجب أحكام الفقرة 1 من المادة العاشرة، يطلب إلى الدول الوديعة أن تشرع فورا في عملية تشاور بين الأطراف المهتمة بالأمر لاستكشاف طرق ووسائل معالجة المسائل التي يثيرها إشعار النوايا، واضعة في الاعتبار حالة امتثال الطرف المقدِّم للإشعار لالتزاماته فيما يخص الضمانات، كما تقيِّمها الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.
