The designated export control authority imposes fines for violations by individuals and legal entities involved in international transfers of goods, as follows:
وتفرض السلطة المعنية بالرقابة على الصادرات غرامات على أية انتهاكات من قبل الأفراد والكيانات الاعتبارية المشتركة في عمليات النقل الدولي للبضائع، كما يلي:

Article 188 of the Code of Administrative Offences establishes administrative responsibility of individuals and legal entities for non-compliance with legitimate requests by staff of the designated export control authority.
تؤسس المادة 188 من قانون الجرائم الإدارية المسؤولية الإدارية للأفراد والكيانات الاعتبارية عن عدم الالتزام بالطلبات المشروعة لموظفي السلطة المعنية بالرقابة على الصادرات.

Obstruction of the performance of the official duties of staff of the designated export control authority and other State bodies involved in State export control during the performance of their official duties, or failure to comply with legitimate requests by such persons;
`9` تعطيل أداء الواجبات الرسمية لموظفي السلطة المعنية بالرقابة على الصادرات وهيئات الدولة الأخرى التي لها دور في الرقابة الحكومية على الصادرات خلال أدائهم لواجباتهم الرسمية أو التقصير في الالتزام بالتدابير المشروعة التي يطلب مراعاتها هؤلاء الموظفون؛

Unwarranted refusal to provide information and documents requested by the designated export control authority or other competent State agencies involved in State export control or the deliberate falsification or concealment of such information and documents;
`10` الرفض غير المبرر لتقديم المعلومات أو الوثائق التي تطلبها السلطة المعنية بالرقابة على الصادرات أو هيئات مختصة أخرى تابعة للدولة ومعنية بمراقبة الدولة للتصدير أو التزوير المتعمد لهذه المعلومات أو الوثائق أو إخفاؤها؛

27. The designated export control authority imposes fines for violations by legal entities involved in international transfers of goods, as follows:

Failure to submit or late submission of reports and relevant documents to the designated export control authority concerning the outcome of the negotiations specified in subparagraph 8 of this article, and also concerning international transfers of military and dual-use goods actually carried out on the basis of licences or certificates obtained, and also on the use of such goods for their declared purposes;
`8` عدم تقديم أو التأخر في تقديم تقارير أو وثائق ذات صلة إلى السلطة المعنية بالرقابة على الصادرات بشأن نتيجة المفاوضات المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 8 من هذه المادة، وكذلك فيما يتعلق بعمليات نقل البضائع العسكرية وذات الاستخدام المزدوج على الصعيد الدولي التي تم تنفيذها فعلاً على أساس الرخص أو الشهادات التي تم الحصول عليها، وكذلك باستخدام أو عدم استخدام هذه البضائع في الأغراض المعلنة؛

(2) Failure to submit or late submission of reports and relevant documents to the designated export control authority concerning the outcome of the negotiations referred to in paragraph 1 of this article, and also concerning international transfers of military and dual-use goods actually carried out on the basis of licences or certificates obtained, and also concerning the use of such goods for their declared purposes;

(2) عدم تقديم أو التأخر في تقديم تقارير أو وثائق ذات صلة إلى السلطة المعنية بالرقابة على الصادرات بشأن نتيجة المفاوضات المنصوص عليها في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة، وكذلك فيما يتعلق بعمليات النقل الدولي للبضائع العسكرية وذات الاستخدام المزدوج المنفذة فعلا على أساس الرخص أو الشهادات التي تم الحصول عليها، وكذلك فيما يتعلق باستخدام أو عدم استخدام هذه البضائع في الأغراض المعلنة.
