Turning to sub-item (p), on cooperation between the United Nations and the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC), Azerbaijan believes that the determination of the United Nations and OIC to further strengthen existing cooperation, by developing specific proposals in designated priority areas is crucial.
وانتقالاً إلى البند الفرعي (ع) عن التعاون بين الأمم المتحدة ومنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي، ترى أذربيجان أن تصميم الأمم المتحدة ومنظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي على مواصلة تعزيز التعاون القائم بينهما، بإعداد مقترحات محددة في بعض المجالات المعينة ذات الأولوية من الأهمية بمكان.

3. It was appreciated that the UNCTAD secretariat had made efforts to redeploy resources to programmes designated as high priority. However, it was noted that the setting of priorities was a complex process and that the correlation between the allocation of resources and designated priority areas in some cases was not totally satisfactory and needed further examination.
٣- وأعرب عن التقدير لما بذلته أمانة اﻷونكتاد من جهود في إعادة وزع الموارد على البرامج المعينة على أنها ذات أولوية عالية، ولكن لوحظ أن تحديد اﻷولويات عملية معقدة وأن الارتباط بين تخصيص الموارد ومجالات اﻷولوية المعينة لم يكن مرضيا تماما في بعض الحالات وأنه بحاجة إلى مزيد من الدراسة.
