In case the co-investigating judges or the co-prosecutors have made a request in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 4, or Article 6, paragraph 4, as the case may be, they shall submit written statements of facts and the reasons for their different positions to the Director of the Office of Administration.
1 - في حال تقدم قاضيا التحقيق أو المدّعيان العامان بطلب وفقا للفقرة 4 من المادة 5 أو الفقرة 4 من المادة 6، حسب مقتضى الحال، عليهما تقديم بيانات خطية بوقائع وأسباب اختلاف مواقفيهما، إلى مدير مكتب الشؤون الإدارية.

The Deputy Director of the Office of Administration, in her capacity as the Coordinator of the United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge trials, has also been welcomed into the United Nations country team in Cambodia and attends its monthly coordination meetings to ensure that the United Nations system provides a coordinated approach to the issue of the Khmer Rouge trials.
