The Committee reminds the State party that in its opinion, prohibition of the dissemination of all ideas based upon racial superiority or hatred is compatible with the right to freedom of opinion and expression.

The Committee also clearly stated that in its opinion, " the prohibition of the dissemination of all ideas based upon racial superiority or hatred is compatible with the right to freedom of opinion and expression " .

CERD was fully aware of the related problems and stressed in general recommendation No. 15 that " the prohibition of the dissemination of all ideas based upon racial superiority or hatred is compatible with the right to freedom of opinion and expression. "
وكانت اللجنة واعية تمام الوعي بالصعوبات المتصلة بالتنفيذ، فشدّدت في توصيتها العامة رقم 15 على أن " حظر نشر جميع الأفكار القائمة على التفوق العنصري أو الكراهية العنصرية إنما ينسجم مع الحق في حرية الرأي والتعبير " .
