7.4 In respect of the fact that according to the decision of the Central Board of Appeal, the domestic law of the State Party did not give the author, as a person who had reached the age of 55, the right to refuse new work assignments, the Committee notes that the author has not supported his contention to the contrary with any relevant materials or arguments.

13. Any person regarding whom proceedings are being carried out in connection with any of the offences to which this article applies shall be guaranteed fair treatment at all stages of the proceedings, including enjoyment of all the rights and guarantees provided by the domestic law of the State Party in the territory of which that person is present.
13- يتعين أن تُكفل لأي شخص تُتخذ بحقه اجراءات فيما يتعلق بأي من الجرائم التي تنطبق عليها هذه المادة معاملة منصفة في كل مراحل الاجراءات، بما في ذلك التمتع بجميع الحقوق والضمانات التي ينص عليها قانون الدولة الطرف التي يوجد ذلك الشخص في اقليمها.
