In decision 13/COP.8, the COP decided that each future ordinary session of the CST shall be organized in a predominantly scientific and technical conference-style format by the Bureau of the CST in consultation with the lead institution/consortium.
10- قرر مؤتمر الأطراف في مقرره 13/م أ-8 أن يقوم مكتب لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا، بتنظيم كل دورة عادية مقبلة للجنة في شكل يغلب عليه طابع المؤتمر العلمي والتقني، بالتشاور مع المؤسسة الرائدة/الاتحاد الرائد.

3. Decision 13/COP.8, paragraph 1 (a), states that each future ordinary session of the CST shall be organized in a predominantly scientific and technical conference-style format.
3- تنص الفقرة 1(أ) من المقرر 13/م أ-8 على أن تنظَّم كل دورة عادية مُقبلة للجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا، في شكل يغلب عليه طابع المؤتمر العلمي والتقني.

In decision 13/COP.8, the Conference of the Parties (COP) decided that each future ordinary session of the Committee on Science and Technology (CST) of the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) should be organized in a predominantly scientific and technical conference-style format.
قرر مؤتمر الأطراف، في مقرره 13/م أ-8، أن تُنظَّم كل دورة عادية مقبلة للجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا التابعة لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة التصحر في شكل يغلب عليه طابع المؤتمر العلمي والتقني.

8. In decision 13/COP.8, the COP decided that each future ordinary session of the CST shall be organized in a predominantly scientific and technical conference-style format by the Bureau of the CST in consultation with the lead institution/consortium.
8- قرر مؤتمر الأطراف، بموجب مقرره 13/م أ-8، أن ينظم مكتب لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا كل دورة عادية مقبلة للجنة في شكل يغلب عليه طابع المؤتمر العلمي والتقني، بالتشاور مع المؤسسة الرائدة/الاتحاد الرائد.

Decides also to replace paragraph 1 of decision 13/COP.8 " ...each future ordinary session of the CST " with the following: " ...each future intersessional session of the CST " ;
19- يقرر أيضاً الاستعاضة عن الفقرة 1 من المقرر 13/م أ-8 " [...] كل دورة عادية مقبلة للجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا " بما يلي: " [...] كل دورة للجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا في الفترة الفاصلة بين الدورات " ؛

33. Remembering decision 13/COP.8, paragraph 1, the COP decided that each future ordinary session should be organized in a predominantly scientific and technical conference-style format by the Bureau of the CST in consultation with the lead institution/consortium, which is qualified in and has expertise in the relevant thematic topic selected by the COP.
33- قرر مؤتمر الأطراف متذكراً الفقرة 1 من المقرر 13/م أ-8 أن يقوم مكتب لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا بتنظيم كل دورة عادية مقبلة للجنة في شكل يغلب عليه طابع المؤتمر العلمي والتقني، بالتشاور مع المؤسسة الرائدة/الاتحاد الرائد، الجهة المؤهّلة وذات الخبرة الفنية في الموضوع ذي الصلة الذي يختاره مؤتمر الأطراف.

11. Decides that the text of decision 13/COP.8 paragraph 1 " ...each future ordinary session of the CST " shall not apply to the eleventh session of the Committee on Science and Technology;
11- يقرر عدم انطباق نص الفقرة 1 من المقرر 13/م أ-8 " ... كل دورة عادية مقبلة للجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا " على الدورة الحادية عشرة للجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا؛

2. Decision 13/COP.8, paragraph 1 (a), states that each future ordinary session of the CST shall be organized in a predominantly scientific and technical conference-style format.
2- تنص الفقرة 1(أ) من المقرر 13/م أ-8 على أن تُنظم كل دورة عادية مقبلة للجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا، في شكل يغلب عليه طابع المؤتمر العلمي والتقني.

Decision 16/COP.9, paragraph 1, stipulates that the text of decision 13/COP.8 paragraph 1, " ...each future ordinary session of the CST " , shall not apply to the tenth session of the CST.
وتنص الفقرة 1 من المقرر 16/م أ-9، على عدم انطباق نص الفقرة 1 من المقرر 13/م أ-8 " ... كل دورة عادية مقبلة للجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا " على الدورة العاشرة للجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا.

وتحقيقاً لهذه الغاية، قررت الأطراف في المقرر 13/م أ-8 أن ينظم مكتب لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا (اللجنة) كل دورة عادية مقبلة تعقدها اللجنة في شكل يغلب عليه طابع المؤتمر العلمي والتقني، وذلك بالتشاور مع مؤسسة رائدة/اتحاد رائد مؤهل وصاحب خبرة فنية في الموضوع ذي الصلة يختاره مؤتمر الأطراف.

To this end, by its decision 13/COP.8, Parties decided that each future ordinary session of the Committee on Science and Technology (CST) should be organized in a predominantly scientific and technical conference-style format by the CST Bureau in consultation with a lead institution/consortium that is qualified in and has expertise in the relevant thematic topic selected by the COP.
وتحقيقاً لهذه الغاية، قررت الأطراف في المقرر 13/م أ-8 أن ينظم مكتب اللجنة كل دورة عادية مقبلة للجنة في شكل يغلب عليه طابع المؤتمر العلمي والتقني، وذلك بالتشاور مع المؤسسة الرائدة (الاتحاد الرائد) المؤهلة وصاحبة الخبرة الفنية في الموضوع ذي الصلة الذي يختاره مؤتمر الأطراف.

Towards this end, Parties decided that each future ordinary session of the Committee on Science and Technology (CST) shall be organized in a predominantly scientific and technical conference-style format by the CST Bureau in consultation with a lead institution/consortium that is qualified in and has expertise in the relevant thematic topic selected by the COP.
وتحقيقاً لهذه الغاية، قرر الأطراف أن ينظم مكتب اللجنة كل دورة عادية مقبلة للجنة في شكل يغلب عليه طابع المؤتمر العلمي والتقني، وذلك بالتشاور مع المؤسسة الرائدة/الاتحاد الرائد المؤهل وصاحب الخبرة الفنية في الموضوع ذي الصلة الذي يختاره مؤتمر الأطراف().

وإذ يشير إلى أحكام المقرر 13/م أ-8 التي تنص على أن يقوم مكتب لجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا بتنظيم كل دورة عادية مقبلة للجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا في شكل يغلب عليه طابع المؤتمر العلمي والتقني، بالتشاور مع المؤسسة الرائدة/الاتحاد الرائد المؤهل وصاحب الخبرة الفنية في الموضوع ذي الصلة التي يختارها/الذي يختاره مؤتمر الأطراف،

Decision 18/COP.10, paragraph 11, stipulates that the text of decision 13/COP.8, paragraph 1, " [...] each future ordinary session of the CST " , shall not apply to the eleventh session of the CST.
وتنص الفقرة 11 من المقرر 18/م أ-10، على عدم انطباق نص الفقرة 1 من المقرر 13/م أ-8 " [...] كل دورة عادية مُقبلة للجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا " على الدورة الحادية عشرة للجنة العلم والتكنولوجيا.
