5. On 6 September 2005, Mr. Ondo Abaga, Mr. Elá Bibang and Mr. Edu Nchama were brought before a military court, in Bata, composed of persons appointed by the Government.
5- وفي 6 أيلول/سبتمبر 2005، مثل السيد أوندو أباغا والسيد إيلا بيبانغ والسيد إيدو نشاما أمام محكمة عسكرية في باتا مكونة من أشخاص معيّنين من قبل الحكومة.

They were not adhered to in the irregular proceedings referred to in the present Opinion and totally disregarded in the trial conducted against Mr. Ondo Abaga, Mr. Elá Bibang and Mr. Edu Nchama.

23. Mr. Edu Mbasogo (Equatorial Guinea) said that universal jurisdiction was a principle of international law intended to prevent impunity and ensure that the perpetrators of serious crimes such as war crimes and crimes against humanity were brought to justice.
23 - السيد إيدو مباسوغو (غينيا الاستوائية): قال إن الولاية القضائية العالمية مبدأ من مبادئ القانون الدولي الغرض منه منع الإفلات من العقاب وضمان تقديم مرتكبي الجرائم الخطيرة مثل جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية إلى العدالة.

Lieutenant Colonel Florencio Elá Bibang and the civilians Mr. Felipe Esono Ntutumu and Mr. Antimo Edu Nchama were apprehended on 19 April 2005 in Nigeria by that country's security forces, imprisoned and subsequently abducted by the forces of Equatorial Guinea, and were also taken to that country, on 3 July 2005.
وفي 19 نيسان/أبريل 2005، قُبض على المقدم فلورنسيو إيلا بيبانغ والمدنيين السيد فيليبي إيزونو نتوتومو والسيد أنتيمو إيدو نشاما في نيجيريا بواسطة قوات أمن هذا البلد، وسُجنوا، ثم اختُطفوا فيما بعد من قبل قوات غينيا الاستوائية، واقتيدوا أيضاً الى هذا البلد، في 3 تموز/يوليه 2005.

18. Consequent upon the Opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government of Equatorial Guinea to remedy the situation of Mr. Juan Ondo Abaga, Mr. Florencio Elá Bibang, Mr. Felipe Esono Ntutumu and Mr. Antimo Edu Nchama in order to bring it into conformity with the provisions of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
18- وبناءً على هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى الحكومة أن تتخذ الخطوات اللازمة لتصحيح وضع السيد خوان أوندو والسيد فلورنسيو إيلا بيبانغ والسيد فيليبي إيزونو نتوتومو والسيد أنتيمو إيدو نشاما بغية جعله متوافقاً مع أحكام الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

The Working Group also reported that it had been unable to interview four other individuals Juan Ondo Abaga, Felipe Esono Ntutumu, Florencio Ela Bibang and Antimo Edu Nchama who, according to a letter they had sent to the Working Group, were kept in a separate wing of the prison at Black Beach.
257- وقال الفريق العامل أيضاً إنه لم يتمكّن من مقابلة أربعة أشخاص آخرين - هم خوان أوندو أباغا وفيليبي إيسونو إنتوتومو وفلورنسيو إيلا بيبانغ وأنتيمو إيدو إنشاما - كانوا محتجزين في جناح منفصل في سجن بلاك بيتش، حسب رسالة بعثوها إلى الفريق العامل.

The allegations of the secret detention of three of the individuals Florencio Ela Bibang, Antimo Edu Nchama and Felipe Esono Ntutumu were confirmed to the Special Rapporteur on torture during his country visit in November 2008.
258- وتأكّدت للمقرر الخاص المعني بمسألة التعذيب خلال الزيارة القطرية التي قام بها في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2008 ادعاءات الاحتجاز السري الذي تعرّض له ثلاثة أشخاص - هم فلورنسيو إيلا بيبانغ وأنتيمو إيدو إنشاما وفيليب إيسونو نتوتومو.
