Member States should ensure that there are adequate provisions in their national legislation to enable them to target criminal organizations engaged in drug trafficking and other forms of organized crime.
٦ - ينبغي للدول اﻷعضاء أن تكفل اشتمال تشريعاتها الوطنية على أحكام كافية لتمكينها من استهداف التنظيمات الاجرامية التي تمارس الاتجار بالمخدرات وغيره من أشكال الجريمة المنظمة .

(d) In order to better identify air passengers engaged in drug trafficking and containers used for the carriage of scheduled drugs and precursors, Governments of African countries should proactively support their competent authorities in the exchange of information about persons of interest, risk indicators, modi operandi used in smuggling and emerging trafficking trends.
(د) بغية تحسين سبل الكشف عن ركَّاب الرحلات الجوية الضالعين في الاتجار بالمخدِّرات واستخدام حاويات الشحن لنقل المخدِّرات والسلائف غير المشروعة، ينبغي لحكومات المنطقة أن تتّبع نهجاً استباقياً في دعم سلطاتها المختصّة في مجال تبادل المعلومات عن الأشخاص الذين يثيرون الاهتمام، ومؤشرات المخاطر، وطرائق العمل المتّبعة في التهريب، والاتجاهات المستجدة في مجال الاتجار.

(d) In order to better identify air passengers engaged in drug trafficking and containers used for the carriage of illicit drugs and precursors, Governments of the region should proactively support their competent authorities in the exchange of information about persons of interest, risk indicators, smuggling modi operandi and emerging trafficking trends.
(د) بغية تحسين سبل الكشف عن ركّاب الرحلات الجوية الضالعين في الاتجار بالمخدِّرات واستخدام حاويات الشحن لنقل المخدِّرات والسلائف غير المشروعة، ينبغي لحكومات المنطقة أن تتّبع نهجاً استباقياً في دعم سلطاتها المختصّة في مجال تبادل المعلومات عن الأشخاص الذين يثيرون الاهتمام، ومؤشرات المخاطر، وطرائق العمل المتّبعة في التهريب، والاتجاهات المستجدة في مجال الاتجار.
