Decision SC-2/3 on the review process for entries in the register of specific exemptions, submitted by the Secretariat and adopted as orally amended by the Conference, is contained in annex I to the present report.
ويرد في المرفق الأول لهذا التقرير مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 2/3 بشأن استعراض القيود في سجل الإعفاءات المحددة الذي قدمته الأمانة واعتمد بصيغته المعدلة شفهياً من المؤتمر.

1. Adopts, for the purposes of paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of Article 4 of the Convention, the criteria to be applied in the review process for entries in the register of specific exemptions established under Article 4 of the Convention set out in the annex to the present decision;

On the basis of the above-mentioned information, the Secretariat has developed the draft criteria contained in the annex to the present note to be applied in the review process for entries in the register of specific exemptions.

The Committee of the Whole approved the draft decision prepared by the Secretariat on the review process for entries in the register of specific exemptions for consideration and possible adoption by the Conference of the Parties.

35 - ويرد " مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 3/3 " بشأن العملية المنقحة لاستعراض القيود في سجل الإعفاءات المحددة الذي قدمته اللجنة الجامعة واعتمده مؤتمر الأطراف بصورته المعدلة شفوياً، بالمرفق الأول لهذا التقرير.

At its second meeting, the Conference of the Parties in its decision SC-2/3 decided to resume consideration of the unresolved issues in the review process for entries in the register of specific exemptions, as adopted by the Conference in decision SC-1/24, at its third meeting.
2 - قرر مؤتمر الأطراف، في اجتماعه الثاني، بموجب مقرره اتفاقية استكهولم - 2/3، أن يستأنف النظر في اجتماعه الثالث في القضايا التي لم يبت فيها في عملية استعراض القيود في سجل الإعفاءات المحددة على النحو الذي اعتمده المؤتمر في مقرر اتفاقية استكهولم - 1/24.
