The present report, the seventh since the establishment of the United Nations Ethics Office in January 2006, is submitted pursuant to General Assembly resolution 60/254, paragraph 16 (i), by which the Assembly requested annual reporting on the activities of the Ethics Office and the implementation of ethics policies.
1 - يقدّم هذا التقرير، وهو التقرير السابع منذ إنشاء مكتب الأمم المتحدة للأخلاقيات في كانون الثاني/يناير 2006، عملا بالفقرة 16 (ط) من قرار الجمعية العامة 60/254، التي طلبت فيها الجمعية العامة إلى الأمين العام أن يقدّم سنويا تقريرا عن أنشطة مكتب الأخلاقيات وتنفيذ السياسات المتعلقة بالأخلاقيات.

(i) Further requests the Secretary-General to report on the activities of the Ethics Office and the implementation of ethics policies, in the context of his annual report, for the consideration and decision of the General Assembly, as appropriate, under the agenda item relating to human resources management;
(ط) تطلب كذلـك إلــى الأميـــن العام أن يقدم تقريـرا عـن أنشطـــة مكتب الأخلاقيات، وتنفيذ السياسات المتعلقة بالأخلاقيات في سياق تقريره السنوي، لتنظر فيه الجمعية العامة وتتخذ قرارا بشأنه، حسب الاقتضاء، في إطار بند جدول الأعمال المتعلق بإدارة الموارد البشرية؛

(b) Develop, disseminate and promote ethics policies in accordance with common standards of conduct for all United Nations staff, including advocacy of ethical behaviour within UNHCR and participation in inter-agency fora;
