In these elections, UNMIK allowed the candidatures of persons indicted of crimes against the Serbs and other ethnically discriminated communities in Kosovo by the Hague Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia, as well as of individuals who usurped the property of Serbs and other ethnically discriminated communities.
(ط) في هذه الانتخابات، سمحت البعثة باعتماد ترشيحات لأشخاص وجهت إليهم محكمة لاهاي ليوغوسلافيا السابقة تهما بارتكاب جرائم ضد طائفة الصرب وغيرها من الطوائف التي تتعرض للتمييز الإثني في كوسوفو، وكذلك لأفراد استولوا على ممتلكات الصرب وغيرهم من الطوائف التي تتعرض للتمييز الإثني.
