In response to the above-mentioned request, the Secretariat prepared a report on the information to be taken into account in the evaluation of the continued need for the procedure under paragraph 2 (b) of Article 3 of the Stockholm Convention, contained in annex I to the present note.

In response to decision SC-3/4 the Secretariat has prepared the report set out in the annex to the present note, which discusses information to be taken into account in the evaluation of the continued need for the procedure under paragraph 2 (b) of Article 3 of the Stockholm Convention.
