(ب) تدابير تدريب جماعي (حلقات دراسية، وحلقات عمل، وندوات) لتعزيز القدرة على زيادة الحصول على إسكان ملائم، وتحسين مستوى المعيشة في الأحياء الفقيرة القائمة تحسيناً شاملاً والحيلولة دون نمو أحياء فقيرة جديدة

(c) Field projects that contribute towards increased access to adequate housing, improve the standard of living in existing slums in an inclusive manner and prevent the growth of new slums
(ج) مشاريع ميدانية تسهم في زيادة الحصول على إسكان ملائم، وتحسِّن مستوى المعيشة في الأحياء الفقيرة القائمة تحسيناً شاملاً وتحول دون نمو أحياء فقيرة جديدة

The strategy for implementing the work programme is based on a twin-track approach that focuses on improving the supply and affordability of serviced land and new housing opportunities at a scale that will both curb the growth of existing slums and the creation of new slums, while also implementing city-wide and national slum upgrading programmes to improve housing conditions and the quality of living conditions in existing slums.
وتستند استراتيجية تنفيذ برنامج العمل إلى نهج ذي مسارين متلازمين يركز على تحسين توفير أراضٍ مزودة بالخدمات وتحسين ميسورية تكلفتها وتوفير فرص إسكان جديدة على نطاق يكبح نمو الأحياء الفقيرة القائمة ونشوء أحياء فقيرة جديدة، إلى جانب تنفيذ برامج لتحسين أوضاع الأحياء الفقيرة على الصعيد الوطني وعلى صعيد المدينة تحسّن ظروف الإسكان ونوعية الحياة في الأحياء الفقيرة القائمة.

The subprogramme will focus on improving the supply and affordability of serviced land and new housing opportunities on a scale sufficient to curb the growth of slums and the creation of new ones, as well as implementing national and citywide slum upgrading programmes to improve housing conditions and the quality of living conditions in existing slums.
وسيركز البرنامج الفرعي على زيادة توفير الأراضي المزودة بالخدمات وتيسير اقتنائها بأسعار معقولة وإيجاد فرص جديدة للإسكان بما يكفي لكبح نمو الأحياء الفقيرة ونشوء المزيد منها، فضلا عن تنفيذ برامج وطنية وعلى مستوى المدن لتحسين أوضاع الأحياء الفقيرة سعيا للارتقاء بأوضاع السكن والظروف المعيشية في الأحياء الفقيرة القائمة.
