The twelfth meeting of the Group of Experts on Public Administration and Finance was convened in New York from 31 July to 11 August 1995, to analyse and report the major trends and challenges for public administration in developing countries and to recommend actions for strengthening the role of the United Nations programme in public administration and finance.
