4- استناداً إلى التوضيحات أو البيانات التي تقدمها الدولة الطرف، يجوز للجنة أو المقرر الخاص المعني بالبلاغات بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري، متصرفاً باسم اللجنة، سحب طلب اتخاذ التدابير المؤقتة.

8. Accordingly, on 2 April 2008, the Committee declared the communication admissible and requested the State party to provide written explanations or statements clarifying the matter, and indicating the measures, if any, that may have been taken by the State party.
