26 - تقضي المادة 12 المتعلقة بإخطارات التصدير، بأن على كل طرف أن يقدم إخطار تصدير إلى الطرف المستورد وذلك عند تصدير أي مادة كيميائية محظورة أو مقيدة بشدة من إقليمه.

Article 12, paragraph 1, states that, where a chemical that is banned or severely restricted by a Party is exported from its territory, that Party shall provide an export notification to the importing Party.
