16- وفي عام 2010، عُدل قانون 8 حزيران/يونيه 2004 المتعلق بحرية التعبير في وسائط الإعلام الذي سبق له أن أدخل إصلاحات عميقة على الإطار القانوني السابق وأتاح الامتثال للمادة 10 من الاتفاقية الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان والسوابق القضائية ذات الصلة، وذلك للأغراض التالية:
