Article 44 of this Law stipulates that the age of maturity is reached on the twenty-first birthday, at which stage a person enjoys the capacity to reason and has no limitation on his or her legal capacity to enjoy his or her civil rights. Article 45 describes the circumstances in which a person does not have legal capacity, and this includes instances of feebleness of mind, insanity, or being under seven years of age.
■ نص القانون المذكور في المادة 44 على أن سن الرشد هي إحدى وعشرون سنة ميلادية كاملة، ومن بلغها متمتعا بقواه العقلية، ولم يحجر عليه يكون كامل الأهلية لمباشرة حقوقه المدنية وأوضحت المادة 45 أحوال فقد الأهلية وهي العته والجنون ومن لم يبلغ السابعة من العمر كما أوضحت المادة أحوال نقص الأهلية وهي السفه والغفلة.
