They had learned that food security and the development of agro-industries should be paramount among their priorities and that they needed to search for green energy solutions, to build public-private partnerships, to address the issues of technology transfer, innovation and industrial infrastructure development, to build their competitiveness and to mobilize investment resources locally, regionally and globally.
