The staffing of the departments under the Deputy Special Representative for Civil Administration has, in the first instance, been achieved through redeployment of posts already authorized for pillar II. Except for posts deployed to departments which had no antecedent in the previous structure (Culture, Youth, Sports, Civil Security and Emergency Preparedness), the functions of individual posts remain as approved.
