5. Decides to defer its consideration of the pension entitlements for members of the International Tribunal for Rwanda pending receipt of the report requested in paragraph 4 above, and decides to consider this question in the context of the 1998 budget proposals of the Tribunal;

The Meeting furthermore considered conditions under which retirement pensions may be given to members of the Tribunal and adopted the Pension Scheme Regulations for members of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (SPLOS/47).
ونظر الاجتماع كذلك في شروط منح معاشات تقاعدية ﻷعضاء المحكمة واعتمد نظام خطة المعاشات التقاعدية ﻷعضاء المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار )SPLOS/47(.

25. Notes that by its resolution 53/214 of 18 December 1998, the General Assembly has approved revised emoluments and other conditions of service, including the pension entitlement, for members of the International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and the International Tribunal for Rwanda, as recommended by the Advisory Committee,A/53/7/Add.6.
٢٥ - تلاحظ أن الجمعية العامة قد وافقت، بموجب قرارها ٥٣/٢١٤ المؤرخ ١٨ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٩٨، على تعديلات في اﻷجور وشروط الخدمة اﻷخرى، بما في ذلك استحقاقات المعاش التقاعدي ﻷعضاء المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والمحكمة الدولية لرواندا، على النحو الذي أوصت

٥ - توافق على تأجيل النظر في استحقاق المعاش التقاعدي ﻷعضاء المحكمة الدولية إلى أن يجري استعراض تقرير اﻷمين العام عن مكافآت أعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وخطة معاشاتهم التقاعدية الذي سيقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين وفقا لقرار الجمعية ٥٠/٢١٦ المؤرخ ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٥؛

Recalling also that by paragraph 6 of its resolution 52/218, it had agreed to defer the consideration of the pension entitlement for members of the International Tribunal for Rwanda proposed in the report of the Secretary-General on the conditions of service for the judges of the International TribunalsA/52/520.
وإذ تشير أيضا إلى أنها قد سبق أن وافقت، بموجب الفقرة ٦ من قرارها ٥٢/٢١٨، على تأجيل النظر في استحقاق المعاش التقاعدي ﻷعضاء المحكمة الدولية لرواندا المقترح في تقرير اﻷمين العام بشأن شروط خدمة قضاة المحاكم الدولية)٣( إلى أن يجري استعراض تقرير اﻷمين العام عن المكافآت وخطة

68. At its fifth session, the Tribunal decided to propose the inclusion in the provisional agenda of the Eighth Meeting of States Parties of an item concerning a pension scheme for judges and to submit to the States Parties for review a draft entitled " Draft Pension Scheme Regulations for members of the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea " .
٦٨ - قررت المحكمة في دورتها الخامسة أن تقترح إدراج بند في جدول أعمال الاجتماع الثامن للدول اﻷطراف بخصوص نظام للمعاشات التقاعدية للقضاة، وأن تقدم لنظر الدول اﻷطراف مشروعا بعنوان " مشروع النظام الخاص بخطة المعاشات التقاعدية ﻷعضاء المحكمة الدولية لقانون البحار " .

5. Agrees that the consideration of the pension entitlement for members of the International Tribunal be deferred until the review of the report of the Secretary-General on the emoluments and pension scheme of members of the International Court of Justice to be submitted to the General Assembly at its fifty-third session in accordance with Assembly resolution 50/216 of 23 December 1995;
٥ - توافق على تأجيل النظر في استحقاق المعاش التقاعدي بالنسبة ﻷعضاء المحكمة الدولية إلى أن يجري استعراض تقرير اﻷمين العام عن أجور أعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وخطة معاشاتهم التقاعدية الذي سيقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين وفقا لقرار الجمعية العامة ٥٠/٢١٦ المؤرخ ٢٣ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٥؛

28. Further decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the International Tribunal for Rwanda a total amount of 75,260,600 dollars gross (68,531,900 dollars net) for the period from 1 January to 31 December 1999, which also includes provisions for the revised salary and other conditions of service, including the pension entitlement for members of the International Tribunal for Rwanda;
٢٨ - تقــرر كذلك أن تعتمد للحساب الخاص للمحكمة الدولية لرواندا مبلغا إجماليه٦٠٠ ٢٦٠ ٧٥ دولار )صافيه ٩٠٠ ٥٣١ ٦٨ دولار( للفترة من ١ كانون الثاني/يناير إلى ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٩، وهو ما يتضمن أيضا الاعتمـــادات المرصودة لتنقيح جدول المرتبات وشروط الخدمة اﻷخرى، بما في ذلك استحقاقات المعاش التقاعدي ﻷعضاء المحكمة الدولية لرواندا؛

6. Agrees that the consideration of the pension entitlement for members of the International Tribunal for Rwanda should be deferred until the review of the report of the Secretary-General on the emoluments and pension scheme of members of the International Court of Justice to be submitted to the General Assembly at its fifty-third session in accordance with Assembly resolution 50/216 of 23 December 1995;

25. Notes that by its resolution 53/___, the General Assembly has approved a revised salary and other conditions of service, including the pension entitlement for members of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Tribunal for Rwanda as recommended by the Advisory Committee, A/53/7/Add.6.
٢٥ - تلاحظ أن الجمعية العامة قد وافقت، بموجب قرارها ٥٣/XXX، على تنقيح جدول المرتبات وشروط الخدمة اﻷخرى، بما في ذلك استحقاقات المعاش التقاعدي ﻷعضاء المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا والمحكمة الدولية لرواندا، على النحو الذي أوصت به اللجنة الاستشارية)٧(، مما أسفر عن احتياجات إضافية للمحكمة الدولية لرواندا صافيها ٣٠٠ ١٤٧ دولار من دولارات الولايات المتحدة لعام ١٩٩٩؛

Recalling also that, by paragraph 5 of its resolution 52/217, it agreed to defer the consideration of the pension entitlement for members of the International Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia proposed in the report of the Secretary-General on conditions of service for the judges of the International Tribunals A/52/520.
وإذ تشير أيضا إلى أنها سبق أن وافقت، بموجب الفقرة ٥ من قرارها ٢٥/٧١٢، على تأجيل النظر في استحقاق المعاش التقاعدي ﻷعضاء المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة، المقترح في تقرير اﻷمين العام بشأن شروط خدمة القضاة في المحاكم الدولية)٣(، إلى أن يجري استعراض تقرير اﻷمين العام عن مكافآت أعضاء محكمة العدل الدولية وخطة معاشاتهم التقاعدية)٤( المقدم إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين،

28.
