The main guarantee of success lay in focusing on specific goals, inter alia, by developing individual programmes for Non-Self-Governing Territories.
وأكد أن الضمانة الوحيدة للنجاح تكمن في التركيز على أهداف محددة، ومن بينها تطوير برامج فردية للأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي.

The Department of Political Affairs would work jointly with the Department of Public Information to ensure appropriate information coverage to publicize United Nations objectives and activities within the framework of the Second International Decade for the Eradication of Colonialism, with particular emphasis on the work of the Special Committee as well as on assistance programmes for Non-Self-Governing Territories.
