(d) The fact that the Personal Envoy of the ChairmaninOffice of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe for participating States in Central Asia, has been given the opportunity for further dialogue with the Government of Turkmenistan, and expresses the hope that a constructive dialogue on human rights issues is to be continued soon;
(د) إتاحة الفرصة للمبعوث الشخصي للرئيس الحالي لمنظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا للدول المشاركة في آسيا الوسطى لمواصلة الحوار مع حكومة تركمانستان، وتعرب عن الأمل في أن يجري عما قريب استئناف الحوار البناء حول مسائل حقوق الإنسان؛

(b) To implement fully the recommendations outlined in the report of the Rapporteur of the Moscow Mechanism of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, to work constructively with the various institutions of the Organization and to facilitate further visits of the Personal Envoy of the Organization's Chairman-in-Office for participating States in Central Asia and of the Organization's High Commissioner on National Minorities;
