In the Special Section of the Penal Code, article 134 establishes that it is a crime " to expose or abandon a newborn child for the purpose of concealing personal dishonor " . The punishment for such crime varies from six months to two years of imprisonment.

70. The Special Rapporteur has noted the existence of cases in which recourse is had to legal devices or, more specifically, to normal legal procedures for the purpose of concealing mercenary activity.
٧٠ - وقد تأكد المقرر الخاص من وجود حالات يجري فيها اللجوء إلى صياغات قانونية أو، بشكل أكثر تحديدا، إلى إجراءات قانونية عادية ﻹخفاء المرتزق.

1. No bank shall conceal, convert, or transfer currency or other property, knowing that such property is derived from criminal activity, for the purpose of concealing or disguising the illicit origin of the property or of assisting any person who is involved in such activity to evade the legal consequences of his action.
1 - لا يُخفي أي مصرف أو لا يُحول أو لا ينقل عملات أو غيرها من الأموال، وهو يعلم أن هذه الأموال ناشئة عن نشاط إجرامي، بغرض إخفاء أو تمويه المنشأ غير المشروع لهذه الأموال أو بغرض مساعدة أي شخص يقوم بهذا النشاط على التهرب من التبعات القانونية المترتبة على هذا العمل.

The Law No. 656/2002 makes it a crime for any person, being aware of its illicit origin, to convert or transfer property for the purpose of concealing or disguising the illicit origin or of assisting any person who is involved to avoid prosecution.
يجرّم القانون رقم 656/2002 أيَّ شخص يقوم بتحويل الممتلكات أو نقلها، وهو على علم بمصدرها غير المشروع، بغرض إخفاء أو تمويه المصدر غير المشروع لتلك الممتلكات أو بغرض مساعدة أيِّ شخص متورّط على اجتناب المحاكمة.
