41. On 21 September 2007, the Committee held its annual Day of General Discussion entitled " Resources for the Rights of the Child - responsibility of States " based on article 4 of the Convention.
41- في 21 أيلول/سبتمبر 2007، عقدت اللجنة يوم المناقشة العامة تحت عنوان " الموارد المخصصة لإعمال حقوق الطفل - مسؤولية الدول " ، استناداً إلى المادة 4 من الاتفاقية.

14. In light of its day of general discussion in 2007 on " Resources for the Rights of the Child - Responsibility of States " and with emphasis on articles 2, 3, 4 and 6 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that:
14- وفي ضوء يوم المناقشة العامة الذي نظمته اللجنة في عام 2007 وتناول موضوع " الموارد المخصصة لحقوق الطفل - مسؤولية الدول " ، بالتركيز على المواد 2 و3 و4 و6 من الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة بما يلي:

Number of training and support activities in the framework of the Action for the Rights of the Child ( ARC).
• عدد أنشطة التدريب والدعم في إطار برنامج العمل من أجل حقوق الطفل.

The delegation also reported on work towards the creation of an Ombudsman for the Rights of the Child.
وأبلغ الوفد أيضاً عن العمل من أجل إنشاء مؤسسة أمين المظالم المعني بحقوق الطفل.

Coordinating and cooperate with all national and international agencies responsible for the Rights of the Child

In this regard, the Committee invites the State party to take into account its recommendations issued in 2007 after the day of general discussion on " Resources for the Rights of the Child - Responsibility of States " .
وفي هذا الصدد، تدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى أن تأخذ في حسبانها التوصيات التي صدرت في عام 2007 في أعقاب يوم المناقشة العامة بشأن " الموارد المخصصة لإعمال حقوق الطفل - مسؤولية الدول " .

19. The Committee urges the State party, taking into account the Committee's recommendations during its day of general discussion in 2007 on " Resources for the Rights of the Child - Responsibility of States " , to:

In this regard, the Committee recommends that the State party take into account its recommendations following its 2007 Day of General Discussion on Resources for the Rights of the Child - Responsibility of States.

17. The Committee urges the State party, taking into account the Committee's recommendations adopted following the day of general discussion in 2007 on " Resources for the Rights of the Child - Responsibility of States " , to:
17- تحثّ اللجنة الدولة الطرف، آخذة في الحسبان توصيات اللجنة التي اعتُمدت عقب يوم المناقشة العامة في عام 2007 حول موضوع " الموارد المخصّصة لإعمال حقوق الطفل - مسؤولية الدول " ، على القيام بما يلي:

Independence and impartiality were the foundation of the work of the mandate holders for the Rights of the Child and child protection.
فالاستقلالية والنزاهة يشكلان أساس عمل المكلفين بولايات فيما يتعلق بحقوق الطفل وحمايته.

The Committee also notes with interest the decision taken by the Peruvian Government to establish a National Week for the Rights of the Child as well as National Monitoring Committees on the Rights of the Child.
كما تلاحظ اللجنة مع الاهتمام القرار الذي اتخذته الحكومة البيروية باقامة أسبوع وطني لحقوق الطفل، فضلا عن إنشاء لجان رصد وطنية معنية بحقوق الطفل.

The first international seminar on the Rights of the Child was held in Yangon in November 2001 in cooperation with the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue and the International Institute for the Rights of the Child of Switzerland.
وعُقدت أول حلقة دراسية دولية بشأن حقوق الطفل في يانغون في تشرين الثاني/ نوفمبر 2001 بالتعاون مع مركز الحوار الإنساني والمعهد الدولي لحقوق الطفل في سويسرا.
