25- قدّم السيد روبرتو فلوريس برموديس (هندوراس) تقريراً عن نتائج اجتماع الخبراء المعني بمساهمة الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في نقل ونشر التكنولوجيا والدراية العملية من أجل التنمية المستدامة في البلدان النامية، وبخاصة أقل البلدان نمواً.

Imprisonment in such instances is not recommended. Such unnecessarily harsh penalties may weaken the flow of Foreign Direct Investment to the country and may be counterproductive for economic development.
