Taking note with interest of the work done by the Committee on the Rights of the Child in relation to the right of the child to freedom from all forms of violence,

Recalling the recommendations of the 2006 United Nations study on violence against children (A/61/299) and the Committee's general comment No. 13 (2011) on the right of the child to freedom from all forms of violence, the Committee recommends that the State party:

30. The Constitution guaranteed the right to freedom from all forms of violence from either public or private sources and to bodily and psychological integrity.
