With regard to the return of the Kuwaiti spare parts found in Tunisia, it should be recalled that in May 2006 when the handover of property from Iraq to Kuwait occurred in Tunis, three items, namely a nose cowl, a tail cone and an aft (rear) exhaust sleeve, were transferred to Kuwait conditionally (see S/2006/428, annex).
