4. In its report of 22 July 1993 (A/47/980), the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions brought to the attention of the General Assembly the fact that it had considered a request from the Secretary-General on the financing of the International Tribunal.
٤ - واسترعت اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية، في تقريرها المؤرخ ٢٢ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٣ )A/47/980(، انتباه الجمعية العامة الى أنها نظرت في الطلب المقدم من اﻷمين العام بشأن تمويل المحكمة الدولية.

II.42. In view of the above, the Committee is of the view that the General Assembly should have received information from the Secretary-General on the usefulness of transferring the Field Operations Division outside the Department of Administration and Management as a means of ensuring the integral management of support resources for various operations and activities undertaken by other departments concerned.
