Welcoming the day of general discussion on children of incarcerated parents, held by the Committee on the Rights of the Child on 30 September 2011, and taking note with interest of the outcomes thereof,

424. The Committee recommends that the State party, while taking into account the recommendations of the Day of general discussion on children without parental care (2005):

(i) Take into consideration the recommendations the Committee adopted on the occasion of its days of general discussion on children and violence (CRC/C/100, para. 688, and CRC/C/111, paras. 701745);

The State party should take into account the Committee's recommendations issued at the day of general discussion on children without parental care, held on 16 September 2005.

The Committee recommends to the State party to continue taking measures for the prevention of HIV/AIDS and to take into consideration the Committee’s recommendations adopted on its day of general discussion on “Children living in a world with HIV/AIDS” (CRC/C/80).

It was suggested that consideration be given to the inclusion of a chapter on the recommendations and concluding observations made by the Committee concerning HIV/AIDS as well as the recommendations emanating from the day of general discussion on " Children Living in a World with HIV/AIDS " .

161. In the light of article 19, other relevant provisions of the Convention and taking into account the recommendations of the Committee adopted on its days of general discussion on children and violence (CRC/C/100, para. 866 and CRC/C/111, paras. 701745), the Committee urges the State party to:

(f) Take into consideration the recommendations of the Committee adopted during its days of general discussion on children and violence (CRC/C/100, para. 688, and CRC/C/111, paras. 701-745); and
(و) أن تراعي التوصيات التي اعتمدتها اللجنة خلال أيام المناقشة العامة لموضوع الأطفال والعنف (CRC/C/100، الفقرة 688 وCRC/C/111، الفقرات من 701 إلى 745)؛

(a) Increase its efforts to prevent HIV/AIDS, taking into consideration the recommendations of the Committee adopted at its day of general discussion on children living in a world with HIV/AIDS (CRC/C/80, para. 243);

219. The working group on the rights of children with disabilities, established as an outcome of the day of general discussion on children with disabilities (1997) (see CRC/C/69, paras. 310-339 and CRC/C/80, paras. 244—247), held its first meeting in London on 23 and 24 January 1999.

68. Welcomes the day of general discussion on children of incarcerated parents, held by the Committee on the Rights of the Child on 30 September 2011, takes note with interest of the outcomes thereof, and invites States to take the recommendations made at the discussion into account;
