4. The Commission encouraged all Governments in the Asian and Pacific region to consider further the establishment of regional arrangements for the promotion and protection of human rights, taking into consideration the conclusions of the fifth workshop.
٤- وشجعت اللجنة جميع الحكومات في منطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ على مواصلة النظر في وضع ترتيبات اقليمية لتعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان، واضعة في اعتبارها استنتاجات حلقة العمل الخامسة.

The Commission further appealed to all Governments in the Asian and Pacific region to consider making use of the facilities offered by the United Nations under the programme of advisory services and technical assistance and requested the Secretary-General to give adequate attention to the countries in the region by allocating more resources from existing United Nations funds.
وناشدت اللجنة كذلك جميع الحكومات في منطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ أن تنظر في الاستفادة من التسهيلات التي تتيحها اﻷمم المتحدة في إطار برنامج الخدمات الاستشارية والمساعدة التقنية، ورجت من اﻷمين العام أن يولي قدراً كافياً من الاهتمام لبلدان المنطقة عن طريق تخصيص مزيد من الموارد من صناديق اﻷمم المتحدة القائمة حالياً.

15. Encourages all Governments in the Asian and Pacific region to consider making use of the facilities offered by the United Nations, under the programme of advisory services and technical cooperation in the field of human rights, to further strengthen national human rights capacities, and in this regard calls upon the United Nations High Commissioner to continue to give adequate attention to the programme;
15- تشجع جميع الحكومات في منطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ على النظر في الانتفاع بالتسهيلات التي تتيحها الأمم المتحدة، في إطار برنامج الخدمات الاستشارية والتعاون التقني في مجال حقوق الإنسان، لزيادة دعم القدرات الوطنية في مجال حقوق الإنسان، وتطلب في هذا الخصوص إلى مفوضة الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان مواصلة إيلاء العناية الكافية لهذا البرنامج؛

16. 19- تشجع جميع الحكومات في منطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ على النظر، حسب الاقتضاء، في الانتفاع بالتسهيلات التي تتيحها الأمم المتحدة، في إطار برنامج الخدمات الاستشارية والتعاون التقني في مجال حقوق الإنسان، لزيادة دعم قدراتها الوطنية في هذا المجال، وتطلب في هذا الخصوص إلى المفوضة السامية مواصلة إيلاء العناية الكافية لهذا البرنامج؛
